The New Course is called the Assistant Agents Course – Certificate of Registration.
This course is suitable for anyone at any level and there are no prerequisite enrolment requirements.

If you are looking for a career in the real estate industry you are required by law, to hold an Assistant Agent -Certificate of Registration issued by NSW Fair Trading.
The Assistant Agents Course comprises of five units of competency mandated by industry regulator NSW Fair Trading undefined for entry into the real estate profession. This course is offered as a correspondence course where you are provided Course notes and you answer the assessments tasks. Face to Face training is only by appointment and where you require additional assistance.
The five units are:
1 CPPREP4001 Prepare for professional practice in real estate
2 CPPREP4002 Access and interpret ethical practice in real estate
3 CPPREP4003 Access and interpret legislation in real estate
4 CPPREP4004 Establish marketing and communication profiles in real estate
5 CPPREP4005 Prepare to work with real estate trust accounts
Once you have successfully been deemed competent in these units, you will receive a Statement of Attainment and you may then apply to NSW Fair Trading for a Certificate of Registration.
This can also be a stepping stone to a class 1 or class 2 licence in the real estate industry.
The Real Estate Salesperson Victoria – Agents’ Representatives comprises of three units of competency mandated by industry regulator Business Licencing Authority www.bla.vic.gov.au for entry into the real estate profession. The three units are required in order to apply for a real estate salesperson Agents’ Representatives from the Business Licencing Authority and be eligible for employment as a Victorian agent’s representative .
The three units are:
CPPDSM4007A - Identify legal and ethical requirements of property management to complete agency work
CPPDSM4008A - Identify legal and ethical requirements of property sales to complete agency work
CPPDSM4080A - Work in the real estate industry
Once completing these units, you will receive a Statement of Attainment and you may then apply to Business Licencing Authority for a real estate salesperson Agents’ Representatives.
