Bart Rando – Director – Educator – Trainer
Bart, Director of Business Leaders Institute, began his career as a lawyer in Sydney in 1998. For over 15 years, he has delivered accredited Business, Real Estate, and CPD courses as an RTO, training thousands across the industry.

Joseph Boutros – Trainer
Joseph has held senior positions with Goodyear Tyremarketers, 7-Eleven, Fletcher Jones (clothing) and the Australian Meat & Livestock.

He owned a Fruit Shop, 2 Carpet Franchises, a Restaurant and Food
Manufacturing business. His foods were distributed nationally to over
2,500 outlets including Woolworths, IGA, David Jones, China and Hong Kong. His directed a workforce of over 65-staff, with an annual turnover of over $8-MIL.
For the past 15-years Joseph has been a Business Trainer/Assessor at
Sydney based Colleges. He also coaches’ executives in the art of public speaking and presentation skills via his business “Speech Factory”. He is currently launching, in partnership, a startup – Business Leaders Australia.
Joseph has been a member of Toastmasters International also for over 12-years. Joseph coached many contestants to competition level contests in Humorous/International Speaking Contests. He coached Mark Tannen the 2020 Australian Public Speaking Champion, to compete on the world stage.
Joseph also currently teaches Business/Marketing in several colleges, including Australian Institute of Management (AIM), Trainer and assessor for HETI, the educational arm of NSW Department of Health, and also coaches public speaking via his privately-owned business – Speech Factory.
He also owns and operates The Retail is Detail Group Pty Ltd, where he consults to Small to Medium Enterprises (SME’s) on all business matters.

Mark Grogan – Trainer
Mark started his career in real estate back in 1985 selling residential properties in the Richmond area of Melbourne, For Eric Weber Real Estate (now part of Jellis Craig)

He remembers when you could buy a cottage for $40,000!!
After 5 years selling residential property, he had the opportunity to move to commercial property in sales and leasing.
This lead him to London in 1991 where he worked in commercial real estate for 3 years for Henry
Butcher Property.
Back in Melbourne, Mark got a position working as a commercial property manager with Fitzroy’s
Real Estate in Collins St.
After 2 years he was appointed as general manager for Asia Pacific building Corp overseeing the
refurbishment of office buildings and the leasing and ongoing management.
In 2002 he was appointed Department Head of Property Management for Gorman Kelly commercial where is helped grow the rent roll from 400 to 1200 properties over 4 years.
He brought his own small rent roll in 2006 and set about growing his own business from 50 to 130
properties.
During this time he was asked by the REIV to assist in offering commercial property training to REIV Members. At the same time he was asked to deliver both the agents Representative course (Cert 3) and the CERT IV License course.
He still delivers these today, for Train the Trainer (RTO) but the new upgraded CERT IV and Diploma
courses.
Mark has a strong client base of agents that regularly require him to train and update their staff in
both Residential and Commercial /Retail property matters.
He has experience in both Residential and Commercial properties, but has specialised in consulting to the industry in Commercial property management and leasing.

Natalia Kirillova – Trainer
Natalia Kirillova is a Trainer and Assessor at Business Leaders Institute and has worked in vocational education and training for 23 years, beginning her career as a TAFE teacher and program coordinator for the NSW Department of Education.

Natalia then progressed to senior positions including Compliance, Administration and RTO
Manager in public and private RTOs supporting students from many walks of life including
those from linguistically and culturally diverse backgrounds. Her extensive experience in vocational education and training is an asset to Business Leaders Institute.
Natalia holds a Bachelor of Adult Education (Honours) and a Masters in Workplace Learning and Development along with Diplomas in Business, Training and Assessment and Quality Auditing.
As a lifelong learner, Natalia is passionate about providing quality vocational education and training and ensuring that it is accessible to all adults wishing to learn and develop new skills.
